Scientifically Proven More Effective

The best digital agency amongst the UK leading digital agencies

E-creation has a long history of winning awards and topping best agency / leading agencies charts as published by Design Week, New Media Age & government research. E-creation may not be the largest digital agency in the UK but what we lack in size, we make up for in approach, tenacity & experience. The quality of a digital agency can be measured on the quality of its ideas & how those ideas translate into tangible business benefits for clients. It is difficult selecting the best digital agency for your business. We encourage you to call on 01202 853685 to speak to Jan-Erik for 10 minutes - it may be the most important 10 minutes you spend establishing who your digital partners will be.

Technology is always advancing and we never rest oun our laurels. E-creation offers next level of intelligence & innovation, continually improving the science of marketing & persuasion science, creating better digital & online marketing that is scientifically proven to improve sales, improve messages delivery & have more impact within:

  • educational
  • government
  • telecommunications
  • technology
  • retail

The Perfect Size

E-creation is always learning, adapting & improving.

E-creat has been an agency with 15+ employees - and in our humble opinion, it stops being fun & creative. Today our core team consists of one graphic designer, two coders and creative / technical director plus a large network of freelancers who work with E-creation daily (many for over 13 years & many being ex-employees). This enables E-creation to have upwards of 10 people working simultaneously on projects for clients at any given time.

Awards - we love 'em!

Not only do we win awards for our clients for the work we do on their behalf, but being the best digital agency wins awards in itself. Winning the 'Thames Valley Business of the Year' award was fantastic - and was complemented by Design Week featuring E-creation in it's 'Top 10 growth agencies', which was then followed by entry into Design Week's 'Top 100 design agencies'!

The History Behind An Award-Winning Digital Design Agency

E-creation is typically selected for its creative & imaginative approach to solving clients problems. Our internal 'mission' is 'build cool tools'. We don't prioritise design over function, or function over design, but allow the two elements work in harmony to create something more unique & valuable than just sticking the two together.

2011
Magento e-commerce development with Sage 200 integration accounts for 60% of revenue which is great considering eBays purchase of Magento. Mangeto is defintely the best e-commerce package we have beeb able to find, so with out Sage 200 integration module for Magento is one of only three in the world that we are aware of, so we look forward to fantastic growth.

2009
What a great year! Turnover has expanded significantly, we launched www.e-creation.eu to target international clients, did some amazing work helping Slough Borough Council to make Slough 'cool' and found some fantastic new employees - the intellectual & experience capital at E-creation just gets better and better!

2007
E-creation introduced further marketing products to increase E-creation's local profile within the Dorset area.

2006
This was a a difficult year for E-creation with several clients going bust owing significant sums of money. As a result, E-creation introduced new staged payment structure and refinement to our contracts in order to protect our IP rights on projects.

2005
The move to Bournemouth in 2005 was a success, with our new office in the Enterprise Pavilion. Several key strategic partnerships were established and business turnover grew by 50% in 2005, although profit levels remained static. Our design resources were consolidated and our creative capability significantly improved, with a deeper involvement in branding and other more traditional design areas. Technical resources were similarly bolstered, with the addition of 2 key technical staff specialising in .Net and SQL, one of our key revenue streams.

2004
For those who are not aware, in June of 2004, Jan-Erik Paul when in for an operation on his shoulder (more details available on www.janerikpaul.com) which I have now recovered from. However, 3 months of not being able to drive has made life interesting in terms of doing meetings, although working from home has been an eye-opening and positve experience.
Our split of work is now around 50% website oriented (with around half of those being database-driven websites), 20% CD-ROM multimedia, 20% animated presentations and 10% print design. In line with this, we have changed our multimedia design resourcing, focusing more on higher-end 'conceptual' design work with higher budgets. The multimedia development tends to sit within websites rather than being the website.

2002
Thanks to great deal of word of mouth and industry coverage, E-creation has continued to grow in 2002 - about 30% in turnover and 25% in headcount.
The largest proportion of our work is now CD-ROM based as a result of increased perceived value in interactive presentations. Consequently, we have been able to create some excellent interactive brochures and catalogues for a wide variety of clients ranging from independent financial managers Equus to top international DJ Kelly Marie.
We are also privileged to continue our education work with Harcourt Education International (formerly Reed Primary) for whom we have created new and exciting digital media educational tools aimed at helping young children learn essential reading skills.
